10/13/11        249.5              Swam a mile yesterday. Clearly that didn't work as well as fasting did.

                                             Not losing weight.
10/18/11        247.0              Swam a mile yest. Floating point halfway between chin and lower lip.
10/21/11        243.0              My motivation is holding up. Eating way less than usual.
10/25/11        245.5              Not enough exercise and too much to eat over the weekend.
                                             Swam 1.1 mi. yest.
10/26/11        245.0              Swam 1.2 mi yest. Ate very little. Didn't lose much weight.
                                             Leg hurts (from swimming too much?).
10/27/11        244.5              Didn't swim yest. Leg somewhat better. Will swim today.
10/28/11        242.5              Swam 2000 yards yest. (1.1 mi) Ate only one full meal. It's working.
10/31/11        242.5              Swam 2250 yards yest. (1.3 mi) Have to keep swimming and eat less.
11/1/11          240.5              Swam 2300 yards yest. (1.3 mi) Ate very little. Making progress.
11/2/11          240.0              Swam only 2000 yards yest. Quit early to get to my poetry club
                                             meeting.
11/3/11          240.5              Swam 2500 yards yest. (1.4 mi) Legs hurt. Didn't lose weight.
                                             Keep trying.
11/4/11          240.0              Swam 2500 yards again yest.
11/8/11          241.5              High calorie murder mystery weekend 11/4-6/11. Swam one mile yest.
11/12/11        240.5              Recuperating from the high calorie murder mystery weekend.
                                             Swam 1 mi. yesterday.
11/16/11        238.5              Swam a mile each of last 2 days.
11/18/11        236.5              Swam 3/4 mile two days ago and 1.4 mi yest. Yay.
11/20/11        236.5              Swam a mile and a half yest but didn't lose weight.
11/22/11        234.5              Swam a mile and a quarter two days ago and a mile yest.
11/23/11        232.5              Swam a mile and a half and didn't eat much yest. Yay.
11/29/11        229.5              Mile and a half yest. Strictly Atkins diet. 3 lb. down. Yay.
11/30/11        230.0              Ate three meals yest. Apparently, I shouldn't have. Swam 1.5 miles.
12/2/11          231.0              Been swimming. Gotta diet better.
12/3/11          230.5              Had a rest day yest. Didn't eat carbs. Will swim today.
12/7/11          234.0              Apparently, I ate too much lately and didn't swim enough.
